Delivery Problems

REG31 SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS OR OTHERWISE PERFORM ANY OBLIGATION AS SPECIFIED HEREUNDER IF THE SAME IS WHOLLY OR PARTLY CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

ANY DELIVERY FAILURE OR LATE DELIVERY THAT EXCEEDS TEN (20) BUSINESS DAYS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IN ORDER FOR YOUR CLAIM OF DELIVERY FAILURE OR LATE DELIVERY TO BE ACCEPTED, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER.

YOU MUST CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS CORRECT ON DELIVERY. IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES IN YOUR ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE, DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS, WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU SHOULD NOTE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM BY HAND, IF POSSIBLE, ON THE DELIVERY NOTICE, AND SIGN. YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT NO LATER THAN TWO (2) DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE DELIVERY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT REG31 MAY PRESERVE ANY TRANSMITTAL OR COMMUNICATION BY YOU WITH REG31 THROUGH THE REG31 SERVICES (OR CUSTOMER SERVICE), AND MAY ALSO DISCLOSE SUCH DATA IF REQUIRED TO DO SO BY LAW OR REG31 DETERMINES THAT SUCH PRESERVATION OR DISCLOSURE IS REASONABLY NECESSARY TO (1) COMPLY WITH LEGAL PROCESS, (2) ENFORCE THESE USE TERMS, (3) RESPOND TO CLAIMS THAT ANY SUCH DATA VIOLATES THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS, OR (4) PROTECT THE RIGHTS, PROPERTY OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF REG31, ITS EMPLOYEES, USERS OF OR VISITORS TO THE WEBSITE, AND THE PUBLIC.

IN ADDITION, WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS NOR DO WE SHARE CUSTOMER DETAILS WITH ANY 3RD PARTIES.

 

 

Returns & Replacements

YOU MAY RETURN ANY FULL-PRICED UNCUSTOMISED PRODUCT AND/OR PRODUCTS ORDERED ON THE REG31 SERVICES FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHIN 28 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE AS LONG AS THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED, WASHED, CLEANED AND THE CLOTHING TAGS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED.

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX). THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. REG31 WILL DETERMINE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WHETHER THE PRODUCTS ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WHEN RETURNED. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TEN (10) DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IF THE PRODUCT/S ARE RETURNED BECAUSE THEY WERE DAMAGED.

Personalised or Altered Products

A PRODUCT ORDERED ON THE REG31 SERVICES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF THE PRODUCT FALLS IN ANY OF THE CATEGORIES BELOW:

  • A PERSONALISED PRODUCT
  • A PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR TAILORED MADE IN ANY WAY
  • ANY SAMPLE PRODUCT
  • ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN OR DEEMED TO BE WASHED OR CLEANED BY THE CUSTOMER
  • ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN OR DEEMED TO BE DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER

Sales and other Non-Refundable Products

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD AS PART OF A SALE ARE FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE. REG31 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE OTHER PRODUCTS AS NON-RETURNABLE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE PRODUCT DETAIL PAGE OF OUR REG31 SERVICES.

Refund

IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS, REG31 WILL USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ENSURE THAT ANY REFUND WILL BE MADE WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF RECIVING THE GOODS FROM THE CUSTOMER. ALL REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REG31 GRANT YOU AN ELECTRONIC CREDIT USABLE ON THE REG31 SERVICES.

Payment Disputes
